FAQs

How long will it take to receive my design package?

After we have received all the information we need from you it will take four to six weeks for you to receive your Design. Delivered. package. If you have requested two design options it may take an additional week to complete your project. In the case of any unforeseen circumstances that will cause it to take longer we will notify you immediately.

I started my Client Profile Questionnaire but don’t have time to finish. Can I continue later?

It is best to finish your questionnaire in one sitting, but if you have to leave it for later, make sure you leave your browser window open so you can continue at another time. If you close your browser window you will have to start again.

I’m having trouble downloading the forms. Can you send them to me by mail?

If you are having trouble downloading or printing any of our forms, please let us know.
We would be happy to send them to you by email or by regular mail.

Why do you use PayPal?

PayPal offers a secure and trusted means to pay online so we use their services to ensure your credit card information is kept safe. The transaction is processed entirely by PayPal and we never see or have access to your credit card information. Only your shipping and contact information is forwarded to us.

What if I don’t have a PayPal account?

You don’t need a PayPal account to pay by credit card if your purchase is under $2000. Just click the “View Cart” button and you will be taken to PayPal’s secure server to complete your transaction without opening a PayPal account. If your purchase is over $2000 PayPay will ask you to open an account. It’s a quick process and does not require any action by you after your payment is made.

What if I have questions while I’m executing my design?

Design. Delivered. offers email support while you are executing your design for up to one year after receipt of your package. Please email us at support@design-delivered.com with any questions you may have.

Why does it say “for conceptual purposes only” at the bottom of my elevations?

Because we are relying on measurements we didn’t take ourselves we can’t be responsible if they are not 100% accurate. “For conceptual purposes only” means that the dimensions indicated may be slightly off and that the drawing should not be used as a construction drawing. If you give the drawing to your contractor he will be able to use it as a guide and do his own site measure to make sure the final dimensions are exactly right. Even 1/8 of an inch can make a difference!
